Les achats pourront être ramassés uniquement aux dates suivantes : vendredi 24 juillet, samedi 25 juillet, lundi 27 juillet, mardi 28 juillet et mercredi 29 juillet 2026. Aucun ramassage ne sera offert le dimanche 26 juillet.
Tous les achats doivent être payés en totalité avant le ramassage. Une facture acquittée devra être présentée lors du retrait des articles.

1.Identification - Tous les acheteurs doivent indiquer leur nom et leur adresse complète. Les enchérisseurs en ligne doivent s'enregistrer avec une carte de crédit valide.
2.Depôt /paiement - Si aucun paiement ou arrangement n'a été conclu avec l'ENCANTEUR avant les 48 heures de la vente aux enchères, votre carte de crédit sera utilisée pour régler vos achats jusqu'à concurrence de 300 $. Pour les achats
supérieurs à 300 $, votre carte de crédit sera utilisée pour un dépôt immédiat de 300 $. Pour tout paiement supplémentaire par carte de crédit, des frais de service de 2 % peuvent être ajoutés.

Lots non-payés et retires dans les délais autorisés par la loi, peut retenir autorisées aux présentes peuvent être revendues en vente publique ou privée sans autre avis, et tout défaut, ainsi que tous les frais et charges de revente, seront à la charge de l'acheteur défaillant.
10. Risque pour les personnes et les biens - Les personnes présentes lors de l'inspection, de la vente ou de l'enlèvement des marchandises assument tous les risques de dommages ou de perte aux personnes et aux biens et dégagent expressément le commissaire-priseur de toute responsabilité. Adjonction ou retrait de la vente - Le commissaire-priseur se réserve le droit de retirer de cette vente l'un des objets proposés ou de vendre à cette vente des objets non proposés, et se réserve également le droit de regrouper un ou plusieurs lots en une ou plusieurs ventes. Lots ou de subdiviser en deux ou plusieurs lots de vente. Chaque fois que l'intérêt du vendeur sera servi, le commissaire-priseur se réserve le droit de vendre tous les biens inscrits, en vrac.
12. Litige entre enchérisseurs - En cas de litige entre deux ou plusieurs enchérisseurs, le commissaire-priseur peut trancher, ou remettre immédiatement le lot en vente, et le revendre au plus offrant. La décision du commissaire-priseur est définitive et absolue.
13. Réserve - Le commissaire-priseur se réserve le droit de rejeter toutes les offres. Sur les lots faisant l'objet d'une réserve, le commissaire-priseur a le droit d'enchérir pour le compte du vendeur.
14. Registres - Le registre de vente tenu par le commissaire-priseur et/ou le comptable sera considéré comme définitif en cas de litige.
15. Agence - Le commissaire-priseur agit uniquement en tant qu'agent et n'est pas principal pour les actes de ses principaux.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
For This Auction Only — Pickup
Purchases may be picked up only on the following dates: Friday, July 24; Saturday, July 25; Monday, July 27; Tuesday, July 28; and Wednesday, July 29, 2026. No pickup will be available on Sunday, July 26.
All purchases must be paid in full before pickup. A paid invoice must be presented when collecting the items.
NOTICE: All bidders and other persons participating to this sale acknowledge that they have read and agree to the terms & conditions. ALL BIDS ARE BIDDING. Your credit card can and may be used as payment.
1. Identification - All buyers are required to give full name and address. Online bidders are required to register with a valid credit card.
2. Deposits/Payment - If no payment or arrangements have been made with the AUCTIONEER prior to 48 hours of the auction, your credit card will be used to fully pay for any purchases up to $300. For purchases over $300, your credit card will be used for a immeadiate deposit of $300. For any additional payments using the credit card, a service fee of 2% may be added.
3. Time of Payment - All invoices must be paid in full within 2 days after the auction unless auctioneer has stated otherwise.
4. Removal - Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Purchases can be removed only on presentation of paid bill. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within the time allowed, but shall have the option to remove and store at the expense and risk of the purchaser for any article purchased, but not paid for and removed within the time aforesaid.
5. Manner of payment - All bills must be paid to representatives of auctioneer unless otherwise announced. Invoices must be paid by bank transfers, E-Transfers, cash or debit cards. Credit cards can only be used as required deposits or invoices under $300.00 unless a 2% service fee is added.
6. Condition of Articles Sold - All lots are available for public inspection. Buyers are responsible for carrying out their own inspection of lots purchased prior to sale and accept sole responsibility for the condition and suitability of lots purchased. All lots are sold "as is - where is" and at the sole risk of the buyer. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Principal makes any representation or warranty as to the condition or operability of the lot nor in respect of any other matter whatsoever. The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of or defect in any lot. All sales are final. No sale will be set aside nor allowance made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloguing or imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged or non-operable goods.
7. Claims - No claims will be allowed after removal of goods from premises.
8. Responsibility for Non-Delivery - Auctioneer shall not, in any event, be liable for non-delivery or for any other matter or thing, to any purchaser or any lot, other than for the return to the purchaser of the deposit or sum paid on said lot, should the purchaser be entitled thereto.
9. Compliance with Terms of Sale - In default of payment of bills in full within the time therein specified, the auctioneer in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all moneys received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages. Lots not paid for and removed within the time allowed herein may be resold at public or private sale without further notice, and any deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of re-sale, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser.
10. Risk to Persona and Property - Persons attending during inspection, sale or removal of goods, assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. Neither the auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held.
11. Addition to or Withdrawal from Sale - The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from this sale any of the items listed or to sell at this sale items not listed, and also reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two or more selling lots. Whenever in the best interest of the seller will be served, the auctioneer reserves the right to sell all property listed, in bulk.
12. Dispute Between Bidders - If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide, or put the lot up for sale again at once, and resell to the highest bidder. The auctioneer's decision shall be the final and absolute one.
13. Reserve - The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On lots upon which there is a reserve, the auctioneer shall have the right to bid on behalf of the seller.
14. Records - The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and/or bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
15. Agency - The auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not principal for the acts of its principals.
Additional Terms and Conditions - The auctioneer may add other terms and conditions of sale. Such additional terms and condition will be announced prior to the auction.
